Competency standards per role
Each role has a standard defining the required knowledge, skills and attitudes, assessed on a four-level scale from Basic to Expert.
Independent certification
Candidates validate prerequisites via CV screening and demonstrate knowledge through an online, AI-proctored examination derived from the standards.
